Hirer Information
The first aid kit and accident book are located in the kitchen on the far wall next to the outside door.
Please keep all emergency exits clear and familiarize yourself with the emergency fire procedure, all information is on the board in the lobby.
Care of the Hall
We kindly request that users leave the Hall in a clean and tidy state after their event. This includes wiping down tables and surfaces, sweeping the floor and returning chairs to their storage place. We ask that rubbish is removed as there is no refuse collection. and the hall properly locked and secured unless directed otherwise. Please read our “General Terms and Conditions of hire” here.
Hall Instructions:
The heating and hot water is operated remotely by the bookings coordinator, however, the Hive system can be controlled by the thermostat in the main hall. Instructions are next to the thermostat and can also be found here.
PA System & Bluetooth Instructions
Tables and Chairs:
Only stack chairs a maximum of 8 high.
The round tables are very heavy and require 2 people to move and put up.
Please take care when extending the legs on the rectangular tables as some of the catches can be stiff.
Kitchen:
The hob instructions can be found in the cutlery drawer to the left-hand side of the hob
Extractor fan- please turn on when cooking.
Please leave the fridge, ovens and work surfaces clean after use
